Payment Methods

Arden Creek accepts all major credit cards and checks. We do not accept COD’s. Since all of our items are made to order, we require 100% payment before our artisans can begin production on your purchase. If payment is made by check, it must be received before we can begin building.


We ship all of our items via UPS.

Cancellation/Return Policy

Arden Creek strives to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. We take pride in the level of craftsmanship in our furnishings and fully stand behind our product. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your purchase up to 10 business days after delivery, as long as it is not a custom order, for a full refund, minus the original shipping and handling as well as a 10% service charge. Contact us at 1-518- 891-4518 within 10 business days of receiving your delivery to authorize a return. Repack all returned item(s) in the original packaging materials, if this is not possible ensure item(s) are securely packed in appropriate materials for shipping. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping and insurance costs.

We are unable to accept returns on any items that have been custom commissioned to meet your specific design needs. These items are non-refundable except for damage from shipping. We strive for you to be happy with your purchase and are happy to work with you to resolve any issues.

Orders may be cancelled within 2 business days of placing the order, but will be subject to a 5% service charge. After two days, we do not accept cancellations.


Once you receive your order, inspect your items for damages. Please remember we use natural, reclaimed and raw materials in the production of our furnishings. This said there will be some naturally occurring imperfections; this is what gives your piece a unique and distinctive appearance.

As hard as we try to avoid them, on rare occasion damage from shipping does occur. All items are fully insured when shipped. Should damage occur please contact us within 7 business days after deliver at 1- 518-891- 4518 to notify us of the damage, and we will arrange to have your item(s) repaired or replaced.

Warranty and Service

Arden Creek offers a 1 year, limited warranty against defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear. After 1 year, most item(s) can be serviced at a nominal fee. Delivery charges to our shop and back to you will apply. If a problem arises, contact us at 1-518- 891-4518, with a description of the problem, and provide pictures if possible. We do not take responsibility for item(s) after the customer has inspected and accepted said item(s).

Because Arden Creek uses raw, natural and reclaimed materials in the production of our furnishings, no two item(s) will be exactly alike. Our craftsmen strive to match each piece as best as possible, but there will always be some variation of hues, shape and appearance between item(s). We value the character of the natural and reclaimed materials we use in our products, and thus will sometimes have an antiqued appearance to the piece. Our warranty does not cover such variations or imperfections between pieces or printed illustrations and your item(s).
